These Terms of Service govern your use of the pokeluminati online store and purchases made through it. Throughout these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to pokeluminati.

By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our applicable Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

1. Using our store

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to make a purchase. Minors may use the store only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who authorizes the purchase and accepts responsibility for it.

You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information and to use only payment methods you are authorized to use. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure.

You may not use our store for unlawful activity, fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access, or interference with the website’s operation.

2. Products and descriptions

We sell trading card supplies, sealed trading card products, and other items identified in our listings.

Please review each listing carefully for the product version, quantity, dimensions, condition, and included items. A listing for a pack or individual box does not include a full case unless expressly stated.

We aim to display products accurately. Images may show representative packaging or manufacturer photos unless the listing states that the pictured item is the exact item being sold. Packaging artwork may vary, but the product supplied must match the version and quantity ordered.

3. Sealed trading card products

The contents of sealed trading card products are determined by the manufacturer. Buying a sealed product does not guarantee a particular player, character, card, autograph, parallel, or other hit unless a specific guarantee is stated in the listing or the manufacturer’s product configuration.

Published odds describe probabilities and do not guarantee a particular result in an individual pack or box. We do not guarantee grading outcomes, resale values, or future market prices.

Dissatisfaction with pulls or card values is not grounds for returning an opened product. This does not limit your ability to report a damaged, defective, incorrect, or misdescribed product.

4. Prices, payments, and discounts

Prices are displayed in the currency shown in our store. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We may change prices or promotions for future purchases. Price changes do not retroactively alter completed orders.

Bulk discounts and promotional offers apply only to eligible products and quantities under the conditions displayed for that offer. Offers combine only when permitted at checkout.

Refunds for discounted items are based on the amount actually paid for those items.

5. Orders and availability

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not guarantee availability or acceptance. We accept an order when we fulfill it.

We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, a material listing or pricing error, suspected fraud, payment failure, or a legal restriction. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the canceled items and any associated charges.

If an error affects your order, we will contact you or cancel and refund the affected portion. We will not charge a higher price or substitute a different product without your agreement.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping options, charges, and available destinations are displayed at checkout. Additional shipping details are provided in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed. Carrier delays may affect arrival times.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if you discover an address error. Once an order has been fulfilled, changes may no longer be possible. Any additional charges for reshipping due to an incorrect address will be explained before reshipment.

If your package appears lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

For international orders, any duties or import charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient, as disclosed during checkout and required by applicable law.

7. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Our Return & Refund Policy governs return eligibility, return shipping, refunds, and cancellation requests.

We accept eligible change-of-mind returns of unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery, subject to that policy. Sealed trading card products must retain their original seals.

You may request cancellation before fulfillment. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or misdescribed items are handled separately from change-of-mind returns.

Nothing in these terms overrides rights or remedies available under applicable law.

8. Privacy and Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to operate our website and process orders.

Information submitted through the store is shared with Shopify and relevant service providers to support payments, fulfillment, security, and other store services. These providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Shopify also processes personal information to provide and improve its services and, where enabled and permitted, personalized shopping and advertising features. Please review our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy for details.

Depending on your location, you may exercise applicable privacy choices through Shopify’s privacy controls and the privacy options provided in our store.

9. Intellectual property and third-party services

Our original website content, branding, text, and graphics belong to pokeluminati or their respective licensors. You may not reproduce or commercially use them without permission, except as permitted by law.

Product names, trademarks, artwork, and logos belonging to manufacturers or other rights holders remain their property.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Those websites and services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Website availability and liability

We aim to keep our website accurate and available, but access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, technical problems, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or purchases from it. This limitation does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory product warranties, consumer protections, or our obligations under our published policies.

11. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of California and applicable United States federal law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively and do not reduce rights attached to orders already placed.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
